Ⅰ. Summary
I choose to react to D&G Woman Fashion Show Winter 2011. Dolce & Gabbana is an Italian luxury industry fashion brand.　It is supported from all over the world. This show is a glamorous week end on the slopes, The D&G Womens collection for Winter 2011 portrays the girls perfect wardrobe for a stylish week end on the slopes.

私が今回選んだのはD&G Woman Fashion Show Winter 2011です。Dolce&Gabbanaはイタリアの高級ファッションブランドで、世界中から支持されています。女の子の完全な洋服を取り上げています。

Ⅱ. Reaction
1.Fashion Design

Red knit has the mark of the snowy crystal and reindeer. It is cute.
And, the design of the leaf was pictured in material of the organdy. I thought that it could be the calm atmosphere like adult, it is good.

赤いニットに雪の結晶やトナカイのマークがついていて冬らしくかわいい。
また、オーガンジーの素材に葉っぱの模様が描かれていて、大人らしい落ち着いた雰囲気があってこれはこれでいいなと思った。

2. Accessory

Sunglasses to use at the time of skiing were used as some fashions. When I saw it, because it is novel, I was interesting. The sunglasses are big. So, I thought it effect small face. The long boots with the fur is effective in looking slender-legged.

私がおもしろいと思ったのはスキーの時に使うサングラスがファッションの一部として使われていたことです。サングラスは大きいので小顔効果もあり斬新で良いと思いました。ファーがついたロングブーツも足が細く見える効果があると思った。

3．Fashion Models

They are thin, tall. They have blond hair and bule eyes. They dilute the makeup and stretch out the back and walk.

彼女たちは細く、背も高くスタイルがいい。ブロンドの人が多く化粧は薄め。背筋を伸ばして歩いていてかっこいい。

3．Opinion
There was originality and I thought that the idea of coordinates was interesting. In addition, there were many shorts and had an impression that it seemed to be cold. Because I like fashions, there is admiration in D&G very much. It is expensive. I cannot yet obtain it, but I want to wear it in the future.
独自性があり、コーディネートの発想が面白いなと思いました。また、短パンが多くて寒そうだなという印象を受けました。ファッションが好きなのでD＆Gにはすごく憧れがあります。高くてまだ手にいれられませんが、将来は着てみたいなと思います。

Ⅰ.Summary

I chose to summarize and react to the short story, "Live and Work". Father who loves his family studied and worked hard for his family. His efforts culminated in success. He can be promotion. But the more he work, the more he lost family time. When he could buy a beautiful condominium overlooking the coast of Singapore, he decided "I don't promote. I'm going to  devote more time to
my family". Unfortunatly, Father didn't wake up the next day.

　
私が要約し反応することを選んだショートストーリーは"Live and Work"です。家族思いの父親は家族のために一生懸命勉強し、働きます。彼の努力はどんどん身を結び昇進していきます。一方、仕事が忙しくなってしまったため家族との時間がとれなくなってしまいました。シンガポールのマンションを買うまでにいたった父親はもう昇進せず、家族を優先すると断言しました。その次の日彼は目を覚ましませんでした。

Ⅱ. Reaction

1.Theme

I think that a theme of this story is to let you think about priority. Children wanted to play with more father. I am made to think that you should take good care of a family than work.

この話のテーマは優先順位を考えさせることだと思います。子供たちはもっと父親と遊びたかったと思います。仕事より家族を大事にすべきだと考えさせられます。

2.Character

He was a hard warker. He want his family to live a good life at any his cost. He loved his family. But, he was too busy to spend time on his hamily. He should have changed the order of priority and thought what he is imprtant.

父親はかなりの努力家でした。また、自分を犠牲にしてでも家族に良い暮らしをして欲しいと考える家族思いな人だと考えられます。しかし、仕事にしか目を向けることができませんでした。本当に大切なものは何かを考え、優先順位を変えるべきだったと思います。

3.Irony

Father died in the place where a family became one. It is cruel, but does not know when the death comes. It was told that you should live not to make any regret every day.

やっと家族が一つになるところで父親は死んでしまいます。残酷ですが、死はいつ訪れるかわからないものです。毎日後悔のないよう生きるべきだと教えられました。

Ⅲ. General Opinion

I read it through while thinking myfather. My father always does his best for my family. I'm so busy in school life that I do my family later, but I thought that I want to give priority to a family in my life.

自分の父親を考えながら読んでしまいました。私の父はいつも家族のために頑張ってくれています。私も自分の事が忙しく家族が後回しになってしまうことが多いですが、家族を優先して生活していきたいなと思いました。

Ⅰ.Summary

 I chose to summarize and  react to the short story, " The important things in life". This is story that the philosopy professor teach students about lesson of life. He was using to explain a empty jar, rocks, pebbles, and sand. At first he put it in an empty bottle in order of rocks,  pebbles, sand. It is natural that they could hold in a bottle. Next, he put it in an empty bottle in order of sand, pebbles, and rocks. But, they were not able to hold in a bottle. Then, the professor compared a rock to the important thing including the family. Pebbles means the other things that matter like the job,and sand mean the small stuff. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for things that are important to you. So, you should think your priorities.

私が選び、要約するショートストーリーは、"The important things in life"です。これは哲学の先生が学生に人生の教訓を教えるお話です。彼はそれを教えるために空のビンと岩と小石と砂を使いました。まず、空のビンの中に岩、小石、砂の順にいれていきます。当たり前ですが、すべてがビンのなかに綺麗に収まりました。その次に砂、小石、岩の順にビンに入れていきました。ところが、全てビンの中に収めることができませんでした。教授は岩を家族など大事なもの、小石を仕事などの他の価値があるもの、砂を小さいもに例えました。つまらないこと（砂）に時間をかけたら、最も大事なもの（岩）とのつながりがなくなる。だから優先順位を考えて行動するように。君たちの人生に最も大事だと思えることを、大切にして生きるようにと伝えました。

Ⅱ. Reaction

1.Thema

You come across many things as far as you live and troubled. But, you should live in favor of the important thing in life. Or, you will be lose everthing.

生きている限りたくさんのものに出会ったり、悩んだりします。ただ、人生において大切なものを優先して生きるべきです。さもないと全てを見失ってしまいます。

2.Setting
　

Story advance while a professor is talking students. Readers would become also be one of the students, they felt I learned a good lesson. Because scene of class, I think persuasiveness is more increase.

ストーリーは教室で教授が学生に語りながら進んでいきます。読んでいる私たちも生徒の一人になり、良い教訓を教わった気持ちになります。授業のシーンだからこそ、より説得力が増す気がします。

3. Metaphor

This story is used metaphor. Anyone can imagine a jar, rocks, pebbles and sand, so it will become easy and simple. I think readers and resteners feel strength of impact.

このストーリーには比喩が使われていると思います。誰でも想像しやすいビン、岩、小石、砂を使うことによってとてもわかりやすくシンプルでインパクトの強い話になると思います。


Ⅲ.General Opinion

I sympathized strongly to this story. I think it is waste that I worry about trifles. I want to live with thinking what is the most important thing for me?

私はこの話に強く共感した。取るに足りないことを考え悩み時間を費やしていたら貴重な時間がもったいないと思った。自分にとって石、岩にあたる物を考えて生きていきたい。

Ⅰ. Summary

I chose to summarize and react to the short film, "Definitely Maybe" made in 2011 and written by Kevin Medina. This movie is a love story. It start scene that the couple who loved each other break.  The man was shocked and depression, he moved house. One day, a message was put on the door of house by person named the neighbor. The two people changed a massage everyday and decided to meet. Surprisingly, the partner of the message was an his broken girl friend. She showed the board which a letter of " Definitely" and "Maybe" was written and deleted a letter of "maybe" in front of him. They embrace each other and are reconciled.

Ⅱ. Reaction

1. Main characters

The young mans's character in the film is honest. He wrote a feeling in the massage obediently.
 He takes good care of a girl friend and has a very gentle characters.

The young woman is strong minded to him. She go to send a massage everyday.

2. Massage

What this movie wants to convey, if you love each other, you can overcome any difficuly. And
the wish arrives if you believe it.
3. Smilarity point

"Definitely Maybe" is influenced by "Sings". I think it has smilary points. First point is changing massages. Message switching links the bond of the man and woman. Second point is sound music.
Two movies be used same music.  This music  make you feel throb.
Third is unvoice. For voiceless sound, they are effective in blowing up the imagination of a person watching a movie.

Ⅲ. General Opinion

I feel happy when I watch this movie. It is the movie for approximately ten minutes, but it is worth seeing. It  can teach importance to believe a person. I want to recommend it to everybody.

ⅠSummary

I chose to summarize and react to the short film, "Sings" made in 2009. This film is a very Lovely romantic Film. The hero of the story is Jason. He is an office worker and lead an idle life. One day,  he loves at first sight woman who can see from the window adjacent building. Her name is Staccy. He is so staring at Staccy that she notices him.  They start talking a way of showing massage that write a paper through the window. They are falling in love gradually and his life become happy.

私が要約する映画は2009年に作られた”Sings”です。この作品は美しいロマンチック映画です。登場人物はJasonといい、会社員で怠惰な生活を送っています。ある日彼は隣のビルの窓から見える女性に恋をしてしまいます。彼女の名前はStaccyです。Jasonは彼女をずっと見つめていたので、彼女もJassonに気づきました。そして、彼らは窓越しにメッセージを書いて見せ合う方法で会話をはじめました。二人は恋に落ち、Jasonは生活を楽しむようになりました。


ⅡReaction

1.Main caracters

The man's character in the film is very lonly,unmotivated and empty. He is eager for change his life.

この男は孤独でやる気がなく心は空っぽです。彼は人生を変えることを望んでいます。

The woman's character is playful and a hard worker. In the film, she starts "sings" through the window and she gets promotion at work.

女はお茶目で真面目です。彼女は窓越しのメッセージを始めた人ですし、仕事も昇進しています。

2. Music

Back music express Jason's mind.For example, when he idles, back music is melancholy.When he is panicing, we hear hands of clock sound. This movie is silent , so back music is more important than usual movies.

バックの音楽は主人公の気持ちをよく表しています。Jasonの気分が暗い時は暗い音楽、焦っている時は時計の針の音が聞こえます。無音声の映画のため、音楽の重要性は増すと思います。

3.Acting

The acting in the film is very good. The key point in this film is Jason's change of mind.  His expression convey us filling such as sad, happy, hurry, and so on.

演技はとても良いです。この映画のカギはJasonの心情の変化です。彼は私たちに悲しみ、楽しい、焦りなどの感情を伝えます。

Ⅲ. General Opinion
　

The theme of  this movie is an accidental meeting. It is a romantic love story that evey girls envy.
I would recomend this film to anyone like love movis and have a tired life.


この映画は偶然の出会いをテーマにしています。ロマンチックで女の子はだれもが羨む恋の物語です。恋愛映画が好きな方、すこし生活が嫌になっている人におすすめします。

Reaction to A Bat Is Born

1. Summary

The poem I chose to summarize and react to is A Bat is Born by Randall Jarrell.This poem's character is the parent and child. It start when a bat is born and describe the state of child care. When I read it, I can fell affection for child.　


私が選んだ詩はランダル・ジャレルによって書かれたA Bat is Bornです。この詩の主人公はコウモリ親子です。コウモリが生まれ、お母さんコウモリの子育ての様子が描かれています。読んでいるとお母さんコウモリの子供に対する愛情が感じられます。


2. Type of poem

This poem is a narrative poetry. And It use personification because the state of child care is expressed
like a parson.


この詩の種類は物語詩であると思います。また、コウモリの子育てが人に見立てて表しているので擬人法も使われています。


3.Imagery

The scene of the mother dances guess she is filled with happiness.

お母さんコウモリが踊っているシーンは子供が生まれてとても喜んでいることがうかがえます。

The scene of folding her wings about her sleeping child feel affection, kindness, felling valuable to  the child.

 お母さんコウモリが両羽でこどもを包み込んで寝かせるシーンは愛情、優しさ、子供を大切に思う気持ちが読み取れます。


4.General opinion

This poem make feel gentle. It is difficult to care the care, but  she is enjoying. 

この詩は優しい気持ちにしてくれます。子育ては難しいようですが、彼女は楽しんでいるように感じました。

Reaction to The Owl and Pussycat

Ⅰ. Summary

This poem is The Owl and Pussy Cat by Edward Lear. Owl and Pussy go on a trip on a ship. This poem is described state that they love each other, get married, become a harmonious couple. I think this is comfortable poem, because it have rhyme.

この詩はエドワード・リアによって書かれたThe Owl and Pussy Cat です。フクロウとネコが船に乗って旅にでます。二匹が愛し合い結婚し、仲睦まじい様子が描かれています。韻をふんでおり、読んでいるととても聞き心地がいいです。


Ⅱ. Reaction

1.Imagery

The scene the Owl sing a love song with the guitar in the night sky can create the adult atmosphere.

夜空の下で愛の歌をギターで弾いているシーンが落ち着いた大人の雰囲気をだしています。


2. Connotation

This poem is divided into three. There are words that is repeated twice time. It is the most importance words. It can give impression for readers.

この詩は３つに分かれており、２回繰り返されているワードがあります。それはその場面において一番重要であり、繰り返されることによって読者に印象づけることができると思います。

3．General Opinion

I feel this is a romantic poem. Especially, they are dancing by the light of moon. I think the poem is loved children to adult. This poem charactors are animals, so more lovely than other poem.  And I feel writer's playful mind and humor. A pig has the ring at the end of his nose. This ring become their wedding ring!!

月の光を照明にして２匹が踊るところがロマンチックだなと感じました。動物が主人公であることから、かわいらしさがプラスされ子供から大人まで愛される詩だと思います。また、ブタの鼻先についているリングを二人の結婚指輪にしてしまうところがユーモアで、作者の遊び心を感じることができました。
